EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL: For express shipping we ship via TNT for $ 19.

USA : 4 to 5 Business days (excluding process time)
ASIA : 3 to 4 business days (excluding process time)
Other countries up to 10 Business days.

Please note that international shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, and miscellaneous fees which vary from country to country.
These fees are determined by the entering countries customs and border patrol.Please understand that these fees are out of our control.

If the package is returned to Butedo.com due to refusal to pay for custom charges or returned to sender due to inability to get a hold of the addressee, you are responsible for the return fees that the package incurs and will be subtracted from the refund. We thank you for your understanding.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders, including size changes and custom orders, are shipped within 2-3 business days.
For Express shipments, we use TNT which picks up daily Monday-Friday.
What is your return policy?
Upon receipt of the unopened and unused goods, we will gladly refund your account for the item(s).
In case of return:
- Buyer pay for return shipping.
- We don\'t refund the original shipping.
We don\'t accept return / refunds for: Customized and special design products ABSOLUTELY NON-Refundable.
